There are a lot of factors that go into the design of a Greenfield. The size of the neighborhood, the available parcel space and how it's owned, access to the existing electrical grid, water, etc. When you suggest a location we will take a close look at all those factors and let you know what we think.

 

None of this costs residents anything, ever. We can't promise that the location you suggest will be a fit for a Community Greenfield, but if it is, you will enjoy all that it provides.
